Your Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the following rights as an EU consumer:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period has expired.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal (Two-Step Process)

Step 1: Submit Your Withdrawal Request via Contact Form

Please use our contact form to submit your withdrawal request. In the message field, include the following information:

• Subject: Withdrawal Request
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The name of the product(s) you wish to return
• The date you received the goods
• Your contact email address

No login required. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is received.

Step 2: Withdrawal Confirmation

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a withdrawal confirmation by email without delay. This confirmation will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide you with the return address and refund process details. Please keep this confirmation email as proof of your withdrawal.

Returning the Goods

After receiving your withdrawal confirmation, please return the goods to the address provided within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless the goods are defective or not as described.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods and verify their condition. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once downloading or streaming has begun
• Perishable goods
