    • Due to the unique characteristics of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed.

    • We strongly encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening.

    • Send the image/video along with your order details to whimsyshops.sevice@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
